They are uniformly deposited on the flexible, high-strength substrate which forms the basis of the heating element, precluding the possibility of thermal variation.

DIRECT APPLICATION: The wide, thin, flat element is mounted securely to the vessel sidewall, providing the format for direct heat application. This avoids the need for heat to pass through air or other insulating mediums before reaching its intended destination and enables superior heat transfer efficiency not available elsewhere.

LOW WATT DENSITY: Typical applications employ elements having a heat output of only .30 watts per square inch (500 wattsper square meter.) Custom formulations are also available.
